James Morrison, Smart Lock Solutions Hi, I'm James Morrison. Originally, I served in the Royal Navy for 5 years as an Able Seaman. Although I enjoyed the job and acquired many skills, I always wanted to work for myself so I completed an intense locksmithing course, achieved my NCFE Level 3 qualification and set up Smart Lock Solutions.

I really enjoy my work, dealing directly with customers and responding quickly in emergencies. Whether locks need replacing or repairing, we provide a fast, friendly service that guarantees total customer satisfaction, every single time.

Locked out?

If you need help gaining entry to your building or vehicle, our rapid response service will have your problems solved in next to no time.

We specialise in uPVC doors and windows and garage security. If your lock problems involve wooden or aluminium window security or access control systems, just call us and we'll be there as soon as possible to help out.

Did you know: in order for your insurance policy to be valid, all final exits must be fitted with locks that meet British Standards?

Whether the property is domestic or commercial, if your locks don't currently meet British Standards, you won't be covered in the event of a break in.

I have just bought a property in the Bridport area and thought it would be best to get all the locks changed as I didn't know who had a key. James came and changed all my locks at a very reasonable rate. He also fitted me a new lock on my front door as the one in there wasn't a British Standard lock so I would not have been covered on my insurance if someone had broken in. Great job!
